On the menu on Sunday………….I want to Thank everyone who took time out to wish me Happy Bday! It was a busy day as I cooked myself a Bday Brisket! 10 hrs and a labour of love! Packers won over the Vikings, Bday Brisket……….life is good people. So a side dish was happening and we smoked some sweet Tatar’s and onions for a soup for Lunches at school. Mmmmmmm Brisket!
